Once upon a time, a man realised that any issue he had with others, was always about a fear inside himself.
And it freed him and changed his life forever.
The freedom came from the stillness he gave himself, for long enough to be able to see himself seperate from the fear…
- and not judge it, himself, or others.
- to be able to see where it came from.
- and to see the choice to be fear, or not be.
Then love came.
